Why Naturopathy

Why Psychotherapy?

It can help with

I use traditional methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy along with nontraditional approaches such as mindfulness to accomplish the deepest level of healing possible. I believe that the mind, body and spirit can be viewed as one unit working in harmony and seeking integration and balance. I provide a safe and comfortable environment to work with clients, one in which we uncover conflicts, process trauma, depression and anxiety. We will work together to come up with useful tools to improve daily functioning and find happiness.
